Construction of the Regulateur will commence in the Gruno neighbourhood in November 2021. The residential building will be located on Paterswoldseweg, between Stephensonstraat and James Wattstraat. A total of 105 apartments will be built, including 79 social housing units and 26 mid-range rental properties. The homes will be gas-free and energy efficient.
The ground floor will feature several maisonettes, commercial spaces and shared bicycle storage facilities. The height of this residential building varies from three to seven storeys. The building will feature distinctive brickwork. Completion is scheduled for early 2023.
