Geveke is building 467 apartments and 231 short stay apartments on Hoogeweg at the Reitdiephaven. The location is located on the Reitdiep. The plan was made by the architectural firm INBO.
The target group of this project are international students. The building has room for a restaurant, especially aimed at the residents of the complex, but neighborhood residents will also be welcome. Geveke is working on providing suficient parking spaces. Those will be housed for the most part in a parking garage.
