Since September 2019 you can find the restaurant Florentin in the Ebbingekwartier. The restaurant has settled in the former Oude Gasfabriek, a magnificant house with an industrial character. The concept is inspired by the alternative neighborhood Florentin in Tel Aviv. Therefore the kitchen of Tel Aviv can also be found at Florentin.

The kitchen of Tel Aviv is characterized by a combination of Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and North African flavors. The owner’s music passion plays an important role in the concept: DJs provide the guests with different music styles, varying from deep-house, funk, disco, soul and techno.
