The restaurant The Commons is the trendy restaurant from The Student Hotel. Everyone is welcome here: Students, travelers, freelancers, entrepreneurs and local residents. The restaurant aims to bring people together from all over the world, to share stories and experiences and to discover the beautiful things they have in common.

It has an international atmosphere. It is a laptop and coffee space for students, a cocktail bar for friends and a lunch place for business meetings. You can go here daily for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Commons is situated inside of the Student Hotel at the Boterdiep in Groningen.
