About Broodje van Eigen Deeg

Broodje van Eigen Deeg makes – as the name suggests – bread from homemade dough. Pure materials are used, without the use of additives. The bread is inspired by the French tradition, this means that the bread gets a lot of time to develop taste through rising times of at least 16 hours! Baking the dough directly on the oven floor creates a crispy thin crust with even more taste. They have bread with many varieties, but it has one thing in common; it is always freshly baked.

Unique workshops

Once a month Broodje van Eigen Deeg organizes an interesting – but certainly also fun – workshop with varying themes. Goal of the afternoon: Take a look in the kitchen of the French baker and give it a try. Because doing is so much more fun than watching!
