Rooftop Merckt is located in the heart of downtown. On the sixth floor of the unique residential and hospitality venue Merckt, you can enjoy a six-, seven- or eight-course dinner while seeing the highlights of the city. Rooftop Merckt says it combines fine dining with breathtaking views and Groningen hospitality. You can visit it throughout the year thanks to the glass roof that can be opened and closed.

Gorgeous colors, pure ingredients and tasteful compositions. The chefs carefully compose the changing menu. There’s always an element that they have picked themselves. Dinner is prepared by a team led by chef Thomas Beekhuis. He reached the finals of the Bocuse d’Or culinary competition and was named the best young chef in the northern Netherlands.
