EM2 is an independent stage for culture. It strives for broad cultural programming with public activities every weekend. During the week, the building is rented out as a unique event location. EM2 is located on the former Suikerunieterrein. The terrein is a beautiful industrial area on the outskirts of the city of Groningen and is in full development. The most important pillars for this renewal are: creativity and sustainability. EM2 was designed entirely in this style. The building is multi-purpose, attractive, inspiring and sustainable.
