The Oosterpoort is a cultural centre where mainly concerts take place. The building is located at the Trompsingel in the Oosterpoortwijk, southeast of the centre of Groningen. De Oosterpoort has two concert halls. The Noord Nederlands Orkest is the main performer in the main hall. The Noorderslag festival takes place every year in De Oosterpoort.
