In addition to the driveway from the Bedumerweg to the northern ring road, 116 studios, 96 two-room apartments and 10 maisonettes will be realized in a 70-meter-high residential tower.
The tower was designed by De Unie Architecten from Groningen in the shape of an octagon and was built by Geveke Bouw & Ontwikkeling from Eelde. Construction starts in April 2018. The tower should be ready in 2019.
