Bob Kookt is a delicatessen and wine bar in Groningen, founded by two friends with a passion for food and wine. They offer a wide range of products, from local delicacies such as meat and fish to imported cheeses, wines, olive oils, and vinegars. In addition to the shop, you can also visit the adjacent restaurant and wine bar for simple, hearty dishes, tastings, or private parties.

From the open kitchen behind the bar, you can taste how pure products are best showcased in Bob Kookt’s favorite dishes. Bob is happy to tell you the story behind each dish. In a relaxed setting, you can come here for drinks and a small snack in the afternoon or evening, or enjoy an extensive dinner. From the well-stocked wine cellar, they will be happy to pour you a glass of wine, or you can choose your favorite bottle yourself. Bob Kookt has wines from all over the world, works closely with small importers, and imports as many wines as possible itself.

Upon entering, you will find yourself in Bob kookt’s shop. Here you will find a variety of wines from all over the world, along with Burgundian products such as olive oil, vinegar, homemade limoncello, and products imported from countries such as France and Italy. The shop also stocks locally brewed beers, various ciders, and non-alcoholic beverages. Fresh truffles, pasta, and cold cuts are also often available in the display case.
