De Nacht van Groningen is one of the most atmospheric running events in Groningen. The route passes through the city center and the Noorderplantsoen park. The event has become a valuable and unmissable tradition in Groningen.
Because the event takes place early in the year, all distances start in the dark. The event has distances that are suitable for all runners and ages. The race numbers can be picked up at Nieuwe Markt (next to the Forum) and the start and finish are at the atmospheric Grote Markt. The perfect place for fun, sports, and entertainment together with friends, acquaintances, and family.
