The Groningen Marathon powered by Campus Groningen is a running event in the city with courses that offer a challenging and varied experience for runners of all levels. The start and finish of all distances are located on the Zernike Campus. Will you take on the ultimate challenge of the full marathon (42.195 kilometres)? Or will you opt for the half marathon of 21.1 kilometres or the 10 kilometres? The youngest runners have not been forgotten either: there is a 2.5-kilometre Kids Run especially for them. Companies can also take part in the Business Run.
The running distances take place on Sunday 18 April 2027. On Saturday 17 April there is also a walking event with distances of 42.195, 21.1 and 10 kilometres. An opportunity to discover Groningen in a sporty way!
