For over 150 years, the hat and cap shop H. Witting & Zn has been a household name in the city and province of Groningen, but also hat enthusiasts from far beyond the province are also regular customers at this unique hat shop.

As you walk in, the old shop bell still rings just as it did a hundred years ago. Much of the interior has been preserved: floor-to-ceiling shelving, oak counters, a massive antique cash register—everything exudes a sense of the past. Except for the collection, which is completely up-to-date; every season, the trendiest headwear is sourced from all corners of the globe.
