On the corner of the Antillenstraat and the Korreweg, housing corporation Lefier is building a thirteen-storey complex. The complex will have 124 rental apartments. The complex will be earthquake-resistant and gas-free.
Along the Korreweg and the Antillenstraat, the building will be five storeys high. On the east and north side, the building will have 3 and 4 floors. This way it connects to the lower sections of the new building on the other side of the Antillenstraat.
The building encloses a courtyard. The two and three-room apartments will be between 50 and 80 square meters in size. Some of them will have terraces.
