Waiti Kubuli is a Caribbean fine dining restaurant. They serve a changing multi-course menu using only high-quality products, with a focus on good service and attention to their guests.

This is, of course, accompanied by the appropriate dose of Caribbean conviviality, to break through the stiff stigma that fine dining can sometimes have. The menu changes every six to eight weeks, so that they can surprise you again and again.

Waiti Kubuli works exclusively with fresh produce and cooks throughout the evening on a large Argentine barbecue.
