Pernikkel has a small, weekly changing menu with various breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes. Pernikkel tries to make as much as possible by themselves and only work with unprocessed products. Sustainable, tasty and healthy food is important for them. They achieve that by using ingredients from local farmers and fresh seasonal vegetables.
