Visit the roof of Forum for free and enjoy the stunning view of the city.
On this rooftop terrace, located 45 meters above ground level at the Forum, you can enjoy a beautiful view through the glass railing. On a clear day, with a little luck, you can even see Schiermonnikoog in the distance. You reach the roof via the escalators to the 10th floor, after which you take one more flight of stairs up.
When the weather is nice, you can enjoy a bite to eat or a drink on the rooftop terrace—it’s just a short walk from the NOK restaurant. If the weather isn’t so great, you can head inside to the 10th floor for a panoramic view of the city, with the Martini Tower as a backdrop.
The eye-catching building, which stands out against the historic city center like a modern monolith with its sharp lines, is 45 meters tall, has ten floors, and features a rooftop terrace. The building consists of two “towers”—a west tower and an east tower—which are crisscrossed by escalators.
Both towers feature enclosed areas and open plazas. The enclosed areas house the exhibition halls, movie theaters, the multipurpose hall, and Storyworld. Admission is required for events held in these spaces. The open plazas, adjacent to the atrium, are freely accessible.
