Groningen is a bustling city that never sleeps. It is the beating heart of the Northern Netherlands. The city has an eventful history, which can be seen in the historic center full of warehouses, courtyards and old buildings.

In addition to historical architecture, the city also has a lot of innovative modern architecture. Due to the high number of students, Groningen is the youngest city in the Netherlands.
