Climb and clamber at Monkey Town Groningen

An afternoon of climbing, sliding and jumping, even when it rains

Monkey Town on the Peizerweg in Groningen is an indoor playground for children aged 1 to 14. You climb through big play structures with crawl tunnels, bounce around the trampoline zone and whizz down the slide from the highest point.

Toddlers have their own play zone with a ball pit, mini trampolines, small slides and big Lego blocks. From the café area next door you can keep an eye on them with a cup of coffee, or you can simply join in. On weekdays there is a toddler morning until 11:30 with a lower rate for the youngest ones.

Not played out yet? At Monkey Town you can also play Glow Jungle Golf: minigolf in the dark, on a course full of jungle effects. There is also fun bowling and a laser game arena with blacklights. You can only book the arena together with a visit to the playground or the golf.

Bring socks, because playing barefoot is not allowed here, not even in summer. Forgot them? Monkey Town socks are available at the till. An adult always has to come along, but doesn’t pay admission. For a regular visit you don’t need to book, and parking is free.
